• Brokers & Builders to list properties
• Buyers to explore properties and connect directly

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

KeyProperty.in is only a technology platform and:

• x We do not own, sell, buy or broker properties
• x We are not a party to any transaction between buyer and seller
• x We do not guarantee accuracy of listings

We only provide:

• + Listing tools
• + Visibility
• + Lead connection system (including WhatsApp integration)

All transactions are solely between users (buyer, broker, builder).

User must:

• Be legally capable under Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Provide accurate and complete information

KeyProperty.in follows a Pay-As-You-Use Model:

• No mandatory monthly or annual subscription
• Users pay only for selected services/features
• Buyers can use platform completely free

Company reserves right to change pricing anytime.

All property listings, images, descriptions are:

• Uploaded by users (brokers/builders)
• Remain their responsibility

User confirms:

• They have legal right to post content
• Content is accurate and not misleading

Company reserves right to:

• Remove listings
• Suspend accounts

KeyProperty.in does NOT guarantee:

• Property availability
• Pricing accuracy
• Legal status of property
• Project approvals

Users must verify independently before any transaction.

• Leads generated are not guaranteed
• Buyer interest does not ensure deal closure
• Platform is only a connection medium

By using the platform, user agrees to receive:

• Calls / SMS / WhatsApp / Emails
• Notifications related to services

User may opt-out via email: info@keyproperty.in

Users shall NOT:

• Post fake or misleading property data
• Upload illegal / offensive content
• Use bots/scraping tools
• Misuse leads or contact details

Violation may lead to:

• Account suspension
• Legal action

• Payments made are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated
• Services once activated are considered delivered
• Refunds (if any) are at company's discretion

• Website design, logo, brand = property of KeyProperty.in
• Users cannot copy, reuse, or distribute without permission

KeyProperty.in shall NOT be liable for:

• Any property transaction disputes
• Financial losses
• Fraud between users
• Misrepresentation by brokers/builders

Users use platform at their own risk.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• False information provided
• Fraud suspected
• Terms violated

User data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
