This Privacy Policy explains how KeyProperty.in (operated by OPTIMOZ IT) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email, mobile number, password (hashed), profile photo, RERA registration (for brokers / builders), city.
• Listing data: properties, prices, photos, and descriptions you publish.
• Communication data: messages, enquiries, lead submissions, WhatsApp bot conversations.
• Usage data: pages viewed, search filters, device type, IP address, cookies.
• Payment data: handled by Razorpay; we never see card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver and maintain core services (listings, lead matching, credits).
• To send transactional emails / SMS / WhatsApp messages (e.g., OTPs, lead alerts, payment receipts).
• To send promotional updates, RCS / SMS notifications, and marketing communication — only after you give explicit consent via our consent checkbox.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and to enforce our Terms.
• To comply with applicable Indian laws including the IT Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

3. Sharing of Information

We share your information only:

• With brokers / builders / sellers when you submit an enquiry on their listing.
• With infrastructure providers (MongoDB Atlas, Resend, WhySMS, Razorpay, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API) strictly to deliver our service.
• When required by law, court order, or to protect KeyProperty.in's legal rights.
• If we are acquired or merged, with appropriate notice to you.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Your Rights & Choices

• Access / correct your data via your account profile.
• Delete your account by emailing info@keyproperty.in — we delete within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.
• Opt-out of marketing SMS / RCS by replying STOP, or unsubscribe from emails via the link in any campaign email.
• Withdraw consent for promotional communication at any time.

5. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for authentication (JWT), preferences, and analytics. You may disable cookies in your browser but some features (like login) will not work.

6. Data Security

We use TLS in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and Fernet encryption for stored API keys. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong unique password and report any suspicious activity to info@keyproperty.in.

7. Children

Our Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage or sent by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
